Unless a specific download states otherwise, free printables are provided for personal, household, classroom, tutoring, study, or internal non-commercial use. You may print reasonable copies for your own household, classroom, tutoring group, or study setting.

You may not sell the files, upload the PDF or PNG files to another website or file-sharing service, redistribute the original digital files, include them as downloadable components of a paid product, or present the files as your own work. Linking to the public landing page so another person can download the resource directly is welcome.

Article text, original downloadable layouts, graphics, branding, and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is generally fine; republishing complete articles, substantial portions of the site, or downloadable files is not.

The site provides general organizational, study, planning, and printable-use information. A template may need to be adapted to fit a particular classroom, workplace, household, accessibility need, or assignment. You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is appropriate for your situation.

We try to keep published download links working and to provide the file formats described on each page, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Printer drivers, PDF software, browser settings, and device behavior can affect output. If a file appears broken, contact us with the page URL and the format you attempted to use.

The site may link to third-party sources or services. Those destinations have their own terms and policies. If The Printable Shelf later offers paid bundles, editable products, or sponsored material, any additional terms or disclosures that apply to those items will be presented with them.
